The wet material is carefully and uniformly distributed and dispersed within the rotary dryer once it entersthrough the dryer from one end. Here, underthe rotation facilitated by the lifting board, it is uniformly distributed throughout the inner cylinder,. The wet material comes into full contact with the parallel flow (countercurrent) hot air, significantly accelerating the heat transfer process. During the drying process, guided by the inclined plates and hot air flow, the material smoothly transitions to the star discharge valve at the opposite end of the dryer to complete its journey as a finished product.
