The Versatile Fly Ash and Other Substances Grinding Ball Mill is engineered to transform crushed materials into ultrafine powders. Wet Grinding Ball Mill: A Detailed Working Principle
The operation of the wet grinding ball mill is driven by a powerful electro motor that propels the cylinder's rotation via a reducer. Inside, the strategic interplay of broken ore and steel balls, carried to a specific height by the lining board, is governed by the frictional and eccentric forces generated during rotation. As gravity takes its course, ores descend and undergo a gradual process of crushing under the dual forces of impact and grinding. Consequently, ground ores exit the cylinder through the discharge section. These ores are then sorted by a spiral classifier, whereby the coarse grains are redirected to the ball mill through the joint feeding machine for further refinement.
