The wet material is meticulously and evenly distributed and dispersed in the rotary dryer after entering the dryer from one end under the gentle and efficient turning of the lifting board, which is uniformly distributed, ensuring an even drying process within the inner cylinder. The wet material fully engages with the parallel flow (countercurrent) of hot air, accelerating the heat transfer and optimizing drying efficiency. Throughout the drying process, propelled by the inclined plate and the hot air flow, the material gracefully progresses to the star discharge valve at the opposing section of the dryer, where the impeccably dried, finished product is discharged.
