Rotary Drum Dryer Application

The wet material is meticulously prepared for its transformation as it is evenly distributed and skillfully dispersed within the rotating drum of the dryer after entering the dryer from one end. This innovative design allows under the turning of the lifting board to dynamically and uniformly distribute the material throughout the inner cylinder. The wet material fully engages with the parallel flow (countercurrent) of hot air, significantly enhancing and expediting the heat transfer process. During the drying journey, propelled by the inclined plate and swirled by hot air flow, the material advances to the star discharge valve at the opposite end of the dryer, where it emerges as the finished product.
