The wet material is spread and dispersed efficiently within the rotary dryer after it entersthe dryer from one end under the spinning motion of the lifting board which is harmoniously distributed within the inner cylinder. The moist material engages completely with the parallel flow (countercurrent) of hot air, thereby swiftly enhancing heat transfer. Throughout the drying process, guided by the inclined plate and hot air flow, the material progresses towards the star discharge valve at the opposite end of the dryer where the finished product is released.
