The wet material is meticulously distributed and thoroughly dispersed within the rotary dryer after entering the dryer from one end under the dynamic rotation of the lifting board consistently distributed within the inner cylinder. The wet material fully engages with the parallel flow (countercurrent) hot air, significantly accelerating the heat transfer process. Throughout the drying journey, under the guidance of the inclined plate and the robust hot air flow, the material gracefully progresses to the star discharge valve at the opposite end of the dryer, where the finished product is released.
