Working principle
The working principle of this series of horizontal granulator is: the main motor is connected to the reducer through the coupling, the reducer is driven to the drive shaft through the coupling, and the pinion installed on the drive shaft meshes with the big tooth ring fixed on the cylinder, working opposite direction. The material is added from the feed end into the inside of the cylinder. Through the special structure inside the cylinder, it is made into particles, and finally outflow through the discharge port. Due to the continuous entry of materials and the continuous rotation of the granulator, mass production can be achieved.

Packaging & Shipping

Normally the machines are taken apart before delivery and are packed by suitable packing ways, the packing ways are as below, nude packing, bundle packing, water proof packing, wooden pallets packing, wooden box or carton box packing.

 

Installation Instructions

1,Installation: After the machine arrives at the site, it shall be installed in coordination with the process flow, indicating the elevation and horizontal position, and installing according to the tilt Angle on the general drawing. The machine has foundation holes for the stop, wheel support base and transmission base, which can be installed on the basis of concrete pouring.
1) The thickness of the pad iron and wedge iron between the mechanical base and the foundation shall ensure that the secondary pouring can be entered;
2). Adjust the height of each base with wedge iron to make each base reach the required tilt Angle;
3). Put the cylinder on the wheel support device after each base adjustment, and finally adjust the wheel support;
4). Install the transmission part of the granulator;
5). After confirming that the support wheel, transmission device and cylinder are adjusted properly, the concrete will be poured twice. After 8-10 days, the no-load test will be started after the concrete is set.
2,No-load test:
1) Uninterrupted no-load for 8 hours, the temperature of each bearing should rise steadily, and the bearing temperature should not be higher than 50ºC at the end of the test;
2). Gear noise should be uniform, should not be high and low;
3) After the test, observe that the bearing shall not have serious wear and abrasion and other phenomena.
