The wet material is meticulously and evenly distributed and dispersed within the rotary dryer after entering the dryer from one end under the seamless turning of the lifting board uniformly scattered within the inner cylinder's expanse. The wet material fully engages with the parallel flow (countercurrent) hot air, significantly accelerating the transfer of heat. Throughout the drying process, influenced by the inclined plate and hot air flow, the material gracefully advances to the star discharge valve at the opposite section of the dryer, where the finished product is delicately discharged.
