Wet grinding ball mill working principle:
The electro motor sets the cylinder in motion through a reducer. Within, broken ore and steel balls are lifted by the cylinder's lining board under the dual forces of friction and eccentricity. This motion takes them to a zenith where gravity commands them to plunge, leading to the ore's gradual disintegration through relentless impact and grinding. Once pulverized, the ores exit the cylinder via the discharge segment, entering a spiral classifier.
