The wet material is expertly and uniformly distributed and dispersed within the rotary dryer after entering the dryer from one end under the precise turning of the lifting board ensuring even distribution throughout the inner cylinder. The wet material engages fully with the parallel flow (countercurrent) of hot air, significantly enhancing the efficiency of heat transfer. During the drying process, the carefully designed inclined plate and controlled hot air flow ensure the material efficiently progresses to the star discharge valve at the opposite end of the dryer, where it is discharged as a finished product.
