The wet material is meticulously and evenly distributed and dispersed within the rotary dryer after entering the dryer from one end under the dynamic turning of the lifting board which ensures uniform distribution throughout the inner cylinder. The wet material establishes full contact with the parallel flow (countercurrent) of hot air, significantly accelerating the heat transfer process. Throughout the drying process, propelled by the inclined plate and the hot air flow, the material advances toward the star discharge valve located at the opposite end of the dryer, thereby completing the journey to discharge the finished product.
