The wet material is evenly distributed and beautifully dispersed within the rotary dryer after entering the dryer from one end under the continuous and dynamic turning of the specially-designed lifting board uniformly distributed in the inner cylinder. The wet material fully engages with the innovative parallel flow (or countercurrent) of hot air, thus significantly accelerating the heat transfer process. During the drying journey, propelled by the action of the inclined plate and the guiding hot air flow, the material gracefully moves to the star discharge valve at the opposite end of the dryer, efficiently discharging the finished product.
