Wet grinding ball mill working principle:
In the sophisticated workings of the wet grinding ball mill, the electro motor propels the cylinder to rotate via a reducer. Within this rotating cylinder, the interplay between the broken ore and steel balls, aided by the lining board, reaches a specific height under the influence of frictional and eccentric forces. As gravity takes over, the ores descend, undergoing gradual crushing from the impact and grinding forces. Once pulverized, the ores are expelled from the cylinder through the discharge section. A spiral classifier then takes charge of sorting the discharged ores, directing the coarse sand back into the ball mill via the joint feeding machine for further grinding. The feeding machine ensures a continuous, even supply of materials, seamlessly integrating them into the ball mill.
