The wet material is masterfully handled within the confines of this state-of-the-art rotary dryer after it is expertly entering the dryer from one end. As the uunder the gentle yet lifting board rotates, the material is uniformly distributed within the precision-engineered inner cylinder.The wet material engages in an efficient thermal exchange with the parallel or countercurrent hot air, significantly expediting the heat transfer process. Throughout the drying operation, assisted by the inclined plate and hot air flow, the material gracefully migrates towards the star discharge valve situated at the other end of the dryer, subsequently releasing the perfectly dried finished product.
