The wet material is evenly distributed and gracefully dispersed in the rotary dryer after entering the dryer from one end under the turning of the lifting board uniformly distributed in the inner cylinder. The wet material comes into full contact with the parallel flow (countercurrent) hot air, thereby significantly expediting the heat transfer process. Throughout the drying process, driven by the inclined plate and the hot air stream, the material gracefully transitions to the star discharge valve located at the opposite end of the dryer, where the perfectly dried product is discharged.
