Wet grinding ball mill working principle:
At the heart of this exceptional machine is its working principle, where the electric motor powers the cylinder rotation through a reducer. Inside, broken ore and steel balls are elevated by the lining board, reaching a specific height due to rotational friction and eccentric forces. As gravity takes over, the ores descend, undergoing meticulous crushing and grinding. The resultant finely crushed ores are discharged via the machine's efficient discharging part. Post-discharge, the spiral classifier steps in to sort the ores, directing coarser sand back to the ball mill for further refinement. Thanks to the joint feeding machine, materials are fed into the ball mill continuously and evenly, ensuring a seamless grinding process.
