The wet material is precisely and consistently distributed and dispersed within the rotary dryer after it entersthrough the opening at one end of the dryer under the gentle rotation of the lifting board, ensuring uniform distribution throughout the inner cylinder. This allows the wet material to fully engage with the hot air, either in parallel flow or countercurrent formation, thereby significantly enhancing the heat transfer efficiency. During the drying process, guided by the inclined plate and the hot air current, the material gradually advances to the star discharge valve at the opposite end of the dryer, ensuring the smooth release of the finished product.
