The wet material is uniformly distributed and skillfully dispersed within the rotary dryer after entering the dryer from one end under the dynamic turning of the lifting board, ensuring a uniform distribution throughout the inner cylinder. The wet material comes into full and effective contact with the parallel flow (countercurrent) of hot air, significantly accelerating the heat transfer process. Throughout the drying progression, propelled by the inclination of the plate and the hot air flow, the material gracefully moves to the star discharge valve at the opposite end of the dryer, where the finished product is efficiently discharged.
