The wet material is carefully and evenly distributed and dispersed within the high-performance rotary dryer shortly after it entersthrough one end of the dryer and is transformedby the continuous turning of the strategically placed lifting board that uniformly distributes it within the inner cylinder. This setup ensures that the wet material comes into full contact with the controlled parallel flow or countercurrent hot air, significantly enhancing the speed and efficiency of heat transfer. Throughout the drying process, propelled by the inclined plate and hot air flow, the material gradually advances to the star discharge valve at the opposite end of the dryer, where it exits as a thoroughly dried and finished product.
