Wet Grinding Ball Mill: The Working Principle Unveiled
The powerful electric motor energizes the rotation of the cylinder via a reducer, propelling the steel balls and fragmented ore within to ascend to a designated height. This movement-propelled by friction and the eccentric forces of the rotating cylinder-causes the materials to descend under gravity's influence. As they fall, they are meticulously crushed and ground through impact and friction, eventually being expelled through the discharge outlet. The discharged materials are then sorted by the spiral classifier; coarse sand returns to the ball mill for further grinding.
