Wet grinding ball mill working principle:
In the realm of wet grinding, the ball mill's modus operandi commences with its electro motor propelling the cylinder's rotation through a reducer. Within this cylinder, the crushed ores and steel balls ascend to a calculated height, influenced by the frictional and eccentric forces generated by the cylinder's rotation. Gravity then takes command, causing the ores to cascade downwards, where they undergo systematic crushing through impact and grinding effects. The finely crushed ores are subsequently expelled from the cylinder's discharge section. Here, a spiral classifier categorizes the ore, with coarse sand being recirculated to the ball mill via a joint feeding machine for further grinding.
