The wet material is expertly distributed and thoroughly dispersed within the rotary dryer after it entersing the dryer from its initial end under the dynamic turning of the lifting board and is uniformly distributed inside the expertly engineered inner cylinder. The wet material comes into full contact with the efficiently flowing parallel (or countercurrent) hot air, significantly accelerating the heat transfer process. Throughout the drying journey, under the combined influence of the inclined plate and the hot air stream, the material travels smoothly to the star discharge valve located at the alternate end of the dryer, ensuring seamless discharge of the finished product.
