Wet grinding ball mill working principle:
At the heart of our wet grinding ball mill's operation is an electro motor that propels the cylinder via a reducer. Within, the broken ore and steel balls are elevated by the lining board, reaching new heights courtesy of the frictional and eccentric forces generated by the cylinder's rotation. As gravity takes its course, the ores descend, progressively crushed through the twin forces of impact and grinding. The resultant products exit the cylinder via the discharging component. Following this, a spiral classifier sorts the discharged ores, with coarse sand making its return to the ball mill for further grinding.
