Wet grinding ball mill working principle:
At the heart of the wet grinding ball mill's operation lies a meticulous mechanism: the electro motor propels the cylinder's rotation via a reducer. This motion elevates the broken ore and steel balls, which are ensconced within the cylinder, driven by the lining board's frictional and eccentric forces generated by the cylinder's rotation. Once reaching a certain height, gravity takes over, causing the ores to descend and undergo gradual pulverization through impact and grinding forces. The crushed ores make their exit through the cylinder's discharging component. Subsequently, the spiral classifier sorts the discharged ores, redirecting coarse sand back to the ball mill via the joint feeding machine for additional grinding. The feeding machine ensures a consistent and uniform material feed, facilitating a seamless flow into the ball mill where the ground materials are consistently evacuated from the Chinaware ball mill.
