Principle of Operation for the Wet Grinding Ball Mill:
The operation of the wet grinding ball mill is driven by an electric motor, which causes the cylinder to rotate through a reducer. Within the cylinder, the collision of steel balls and broken ores is orchestrated by a lining board, reaching a specific height due to the combined forces of friction and eccentricity from the cylinder's rotation. As gravity takes effect, the ores descend and are gradually pulverized through the impact and grinding processes. Subsequently, the finely crushed ores are expelled through the discharge section. They are then classified by a spiral classifier, with the coarse sand returning to the ball mill via a joint feeding machine for further grinding. The feeding machine ensures continuous and even material distribution into the ball mill, guaranteeing the steady discharge of finely ground materials from the Chinaware ball mill. This design allows the ball mill to operate continuously, 24 hours a day, providing relentless performance and efficiency.
