The working principle of this series of horizontal granulators is ingeniously simple yet highly effective: The main motor is seamlessly connected to the reducer through a durable coupling, which in turn drives the drive shaft with precision. Installation Instructions
1) Ensure that the thickness of the pad iron and wedge iron between the mechanical base and the foundation permits adequate clearance for secondary pouring;
2). Utilize wedge iron to adjust the height of each base, ensuring every base reaches the precise tilt Angle required for optimal functionality;
3). After fine-tuning each base, position the cylinder meticulously onto the wheel support device, and proceed to make final adjustments to the wheel support, ensuring perfect alignment;
4). Proceed with the installation of the transmission component of the granulator, guaranteeing precision and stability;
5). Once the alignment of the support wheel, transmission device, and cylinder is confirmed to perfection, undertake the critical process of concrete pouring for the second time. Allow a curing period of 8-10 days for the concrete to set before embarking on the no-load test, ensuring maximum efficacy and readiness.
2,No-load test:
1) Conduct an uninterrupted no-load operation for a duration of 8 hours. During this period, each bearing's temperature should rise gradually, ensuring the temperature remains below 50ºC by the test's conclusion;
2). Listen for a harmonious gear operation, with noise levels remaining consistent without any fluctuation;
3) Upon completion of the test, inspect the bearings to confirm the absence of significant wear, abrasion, or any detrimental phenomena, ensuring peak operational condition.
